If you want to do the fight easier you can drink Flame Vine Tea. It gives you Serene Flame Tea. You can find it on the flying island above the spa at 39.46.

I present You Storyline Serene Dreams Spa. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Thaldraszus which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

1. Relaxation Time! - Start From Serene Dreams Spa Promoter /way 48.12 59.76, You need to go to Spa Concierge /way 40.40 49.56
2. Serene Dreams - Speak to the spa manager O_o Xijan Thornpaw /way 40.46 48.97,
3A. The You-ga Class - You need to rescue 7 NPC ( 1 Instructor and 6 Students ):

3B. Steam Cleaning - Kill 12 elementals. Durning this Quest You can kill Mudgatu He is droping Derelict Sunglasses that follow to Derelict Fashion return Quest to Zeldis /way 39.52 48.45
3C. Some Favorite Things - Pick Up this Quest /way 41.45 47.33, from Misplaced Luggage is looks like a bag. Collect 6 missing belongings. 1 is quest giver rest you cand find everywhere all deferent shape some are small like camera or big like umbrela.
6. Precious Baby - Fly to /way 38.89 45.29 is a big Baby there just wait then press on Baby but be careful ( He kill me 3 times ). Next to baby will be quest to pick up Look at the Bones!.
7. Look at the Bones! - Clean up 10 bits of mess. is a lot of them on ground.
8. Enforced Relaxation - Slay Vadne Bleakheart is in cave 39.87 48.20, After this quest Storyline will finish.

As a level 65 Shadow Priest I tied and tried to kill her and could NOT do it. I drank the tea and everything but died 4 times. My BM hunter had zero problem.

I also struggled with the quest target (Vadne Bleakheart) on my Shadow Priest, as some other commenters reported. I found success focusing on just her, ignoring the adds, and trying my squishy best to stay alive. If it's any motivation, the adds will despawn once you defeat her. (If you're a caster, use all your protective and suppressive cooldowns to manage the elemental damage.) Good luck!

Description

Those Primalists that you saw certainly do not seem like the leadership type to me. Who would be afraid of a little dog? Hah! So, if they mentioned Vadne, that sounds like their leader. She must be the one bringing in these elementals. We need to get rid of the summoner. They must be close by to be causing such trouble. Check the cave directly under us. I know it is where some of the less diligent employees like to take an extended break.
