There will be green swirlies on the floor throughout the fight, avoid these. The boss will also leave big green puddles around the floor area, which cause damage when you step in them, so avoid moving the boss around too much.

The main ability to watch out for in this fight is Corrosive Infusion, a nature damage debuff spread over 12 seconds which is cast on a random player, and when this expires you’ll become mind controlled for 20 seconds and will start attacking your team mates instead of the boss. Corrosion can be transferred to other players and can be removed using Blight Reclamation which is the boss frontal. So if a player gets the corrosion debuff, transfer this onto the tank who can remove it when absorbing the frontal and therefore avoids getting mind controlled.

At 80% health and 50% health, the blight will transfer into a new host with new abilities. Keep in mind that all hosts will still cast corrosive infusion and the blight reclamation frontal.
Host number 1: Ahnzon – He can now cast Necrotic Winds, which is a bunch of tornadoes flying out of the boss, avoid these.

At 50%, he will split into 2 oozes and both oozes will take on their new hosts:
Host number 2: Loszkeleth, who casts Necrofrost on a random player, freezing them in place.
Host number 3: Dazhak – his new abilities include:

Noxious Ejection – this is nature damage shot at players, just heal through
Incinerating Blightbreath – this is a fiery frontal, just stay out of the way

Overview – Blight of Galakrond oozes [Blight Seep] during battle while assaulting players with [Corrosive Infusion]. The blight uses [Blight Reclamation] to re-energize.
The blight transfers into a new host at 80% health and 50% health, gaining new abilities.

  [Necrofrost] is vulnerable to damage.

Blight of Galakrond – The blight uses [Malignant Transferal] to take over hosts. It transfers into Ahnzon at 80% health, and transfers into Loszkeleth and Dazhak at 50% health.
- Corrosive Infusion – Blight of Galakrond blasts a player with corrosive energy, applying Corrosion and causing a Corrosive Expulsion.
  - Corrosion – Blight corrodes a player, inflicting 15 Nature damage on impact and an additional 4 Nature damage every 1 sec for 15 sec.
    Upon expiration, Corrosion causes Corrupted Mind.
    Corrosion transfers to another player on contact. Blight Reclamation consumes this affliction.
    Corrupted Mind – If Corrosion afflicts a player for its full duration, the player is consumed by blight.
    Their mind becomes corrupted, turning them against their allies for 6 sec.
  - Corrosion – Blight corrodes a player, inflicting 15 Nature damage on impact and an additional 4 Nature damage every 1 sec for 15 sec.
    Upon expiration, Corrosion causes Corrupted Mind.
    Corrosion transfers to another player on contact. Blight Reclamation consumes this affliction.
  - Corrosive Expulsion – Blight of Galakrond ejects a volley of ooze, inflicting 412197 Nature damage to players within 4 yards of the impact and stunning them for 1.5 sec.
- Blight Reclamation – Blight of Galakrond reclaims blight particles to re-energize, inflicting 1104688 Physical damage to players in a frontal cone and pulling them inward. This effect removes Corrosion.
- Blight Seep – Toxic corruption oozes from Blight of Galakrond, draining its energy and inflicting 8 Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the resulting blight pools.
Ahnzon – Blight of Galakrond reanimates Ahnzon at 80% health, gaining [Necrotic Winds].
- Necrotic Winds – Ahnzon radiates power, inflicting 2 Nature damage every 0.5 sec for 7.5 sec and pushing players away.
  While radiating, tornadoes blow outward, inflicting 18 Nature damage upon contact with players and knocking them away.
Essence Connection – At 50% health, Blight of Galakrond separates its power between Loszkeleth and Dazhak, causing 100% of the damage done against one to occur to the other.
- Loszkeleth – Blight of Galakrond reanimates Loszkeleth, gaining [Necrofrost].
  - Necrofrost – Loszkeleth immobilizes a player with necrotic frost, reducing their haste by 5% and inflicting 2 Frost damage every 1 sec until the Necrofrost is destroyed.
- Dazhak – Blight of Galakrond reanimates Dazhak, gaining [Incinerating Blightbreath] and [Noxious Ejection].
  Dazhak acts as [Loszkeleth's Support].
  - Incinerating Blightbreath – Dazhak breathes necrotic flames, inflicting 10 Fire damage every 0.5 sec for 3 sec to players in front of her.
  - Noxious Ejection – Dazhak spits blight at players, inflicting 90683 Nature damage.
