Loading the texture png's seems to work for me, but it don't seem to load textures.js file (it's completetly empty).
Here's an image:

The following error happened when I pressed the "Remove current gear" button:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'renderer' of null
Hey zAce,
This sounds like it's related to our static server woes.
As I mentioned higher up in this thread, we have a plan in place to migrate the modelviewer data
to a more reliable server. Of course there is no guarantee that this will solve these issues, but
that is our hope. I will update this thread the night of or the night before we do the migration.
Thanks,
Mark

So I have tried different browsers and computers.
Can't preview on the transmog page on anything, unless it's Human Female. As soon as I change race/gender, it's blank.
On the 3D viewer I get the "non-supported" warning on one computer and white model viewer on the other.
If you want me to provide any (more) screenshots or information about the computers, do say =)
Both have been updated, so have the browsers and flash plugin.
PS.: They are both Macs, but one of them is running Windows 8 (the one with the white 3D viewer).
I dunno what else to do :c

Ah, I thought you guys were already migrating. I hope everything works out!
And please, save the Night Elves' legs in the process! :)

Yes, We actually did the initial migration tonight.
I'm not too sure if we are fully on the new server yet though.
But it looks like it was a success.
As for the night elves....it's just bad data from Blizzard again.
What we have done in the past was just replace that model with an older working version.

I'm having an issue with the dwarf male model at the moment, and it's been like this for around two days now. Here's a screenshot of what's up.

You managed to get items on him even Iwap! For months now, I have nothing, just a white textureless model. Very annoying, came back today to see if this was fixed as I wanted to preview how my toon might look post Race Change but, no I still cannot :D :(

We are looking into the issue - to narrow down the cause of the issue, can people try clearing cache now that we have a new server? Also make your hosts file is not pointing wow.zamimg.com to some other IP.

I'd like to confirm clearing Chromes cache and signing in again into wowhead fixed the dwarf male model for me!

There are still alot of shoulder armor that comes up as white untextured models.
There is a visual bug with socket bonuses for most slots, even if i add the correct gems to whatever item it doesnt tell me i have the socket bonus, it does however add the socket bonus stats to the stat list.
There is also a visual bug on WoD gems, they all show +0 stats when infact you do get the stats added to the list.

Hm, after clearing cache seems like now it works! Thanks.

I know you're working to fix this, but anyway I cleared Chrome's cache and fully removed all of its data through CCleaner as well and it's still loading female orc model as completely white. I'd love to preview it for creating a warrior! :)

Can also confirm clearing the cache seems to fix it. I'll report if I encounter any problems.
I can also view the female orc model with no problems.
Thanks wowhead! :D

Nope, doesn't fix it. I tried even manually removing all of Chrome's caches. Also tried the same with Internet Explorer, both of the browsers are updated of course. Shows female orc as a white untextured model.

Hey Arnathon,
Can you post the link you're using to try and load the model?
Also can you screenshot any errors in the Chrome Developer's console? (Ctrl + Shift + i)
This helps us determine if it's on our end or the user's end.
Depending on the strength of user's internet connection, it could take a while for the images to be downloaded.
Even if the white progress bar is finished.
I would just let it try and finish loading without refreshing the page or anything.
In the Chrome Developer's tools there is a Network tab.
This will show you if the img ( .png file) is
pending
or 404. If it's pending, your browser is still trying to download it.
Having the latest browser and caches cleared is obviously the first step to take as Arnathon has done.
Hope this helps people who are getting a white model.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##markapalooza##DELIM##

I'm just getting this when loading a plain female orc in dressing room:
Font from origin '
http://wow.zamimg.com'
has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin '
http://www.wowhead.com'
is therefore not allowed access.
The male orc loads just fine.

Thanks, for letting us know. We discovered this today and are looking into it.

Hmm....that shouldn't be a problem for the model not loading. That just has to do with font.
What does your network tab say in the Google Developer's Tool?

Did a little test today again with completely fresh Chrome install, the only page it had been was to login to Wowhead. Got a dressing room link via Firefox and loaded it in.
This
is one of the firelands sets and decided to try loading it.
Here
you can see the dressing room end result with the network dev tab open, I waited about 7 minutes and checked with TCPview that Chrome didn't have any connections left open.
Here's
the error log for the page.
