Getting there (Timeless Isle)

1) Fly there (probably not a good idea first time, if you intend to quest)
2) Players are first introduced to the Timeless Isle via the quest A Flash of Bronze...

which starts automatically upon entering their faction's shrine in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

A Flash of Bronze
Journey to the Timeless Isle (use , disappear on usage).

At the landing point is a flight path, which can then be used for return trips to the isle.
Initially you have to do these quests (from memory):

A Timeless Tour
The Essence of Time
and
Time in Your Hands

Looking for Emperor Shaohao? Look up! He's floating on top of a pedestal between Mistweaver Ku and Mistweaver Ai on the Timeless Isle in Pandaria.

Description

From what I have gathered, this place used to be a tournament ground of sorts, where warriors from throughout Pandaria would show their prowess by following in the footsteps of their last emperor, Shaohao.

I have heard that when Shaohao completed his trials, he became one with the land, and enveloped Pandaria in a thick mist, obscuring it from even our abilities to penetrate the passages of time.

That sounds quite interesting, perhaps you should speak with him?
