After helping the mildly disturbed girl known as ~~a little sister~~ Alice repair her giant diving mask protector known as ~~the Big Daddy~~ Mr. P. You help her fight fight ~~splicers~~ Goblins armed with their powerful ~~plasmids~~ shredders. ultimately you are rewarded with ~~ADAM~~ Ice Cream.

This quest is a reference to the game Bioshock. "Big Papa" refers to the "Big Daddy", and the man standing next to her, "Anderov Ryon", is a reference to the main bad (or good) guy, Andrew Ryan. Alice says permutations on quotes from the game, such as "Wake up, Mr. P!".

You can mash both the fire and ice skills as fast as their cooldowns allow, both can be deployed simultaneously. If you use the grabber skill, make sure to press it again to release/chuck the goblins to kill them (you can't use other skills until you do so).

This is a good quest to combo with "Thinning the Horde". If you're working on Darnassus rep, then consider not turning in this quest so you can have access to Mr. P for the daily quest and the 250 rep it gives.

This quest is awesome. I had my fun with the dialoges, references, the prequest and finally with the bot: Running around, tossing goblins around or just toasting them.

A shame that there's no such thing as a list of awesome quests because if there was THIS one would definitely have to be on it.

I would like to do it again as a daily for whatever anytime.

What no one realizes is that this quest is a nefarious plot by Professor Xakxax Gyromate to seize control of all of Stonetalon by eliminating the horde leaving only the firearm inept elves. And all he had to say to get you to do all this was "Would you kindly". Of course, he never did say that and even if he did his accent is too thick to understand so everyone's free and clear.

A shame they did not give Alice a voice.

It brought so much memories every time she said the word "Mr.P", I imagine anyone who played Bioshock 1 and 2 would feel the same.

Having said that this needs to be a daily or repeatable somehow, not just the concept, with the exact some characters.

I absolutley loved this quest, I havent played Bioshock so I dont really get the reference but the little girls enthusiasm for killing the horde really cheered up my night.

I found that she stayed with me after I was done which was both disturbing and awesome. I cant wait to see how long she sticks around.

So let me get this straight. For my dynamic entry on the battlefield while riding atop humongous mecha and slaugthering goblins with fire, ice and my metallic fists I get an ice cream? You know what - I'll take it. But next time you have some problems with goblin bombs flying towards your base, I'll just pretend I'm deaf, blind and mentally challenged adventurer.

The little girl following was both creepy and awesome, especially since they changed her name to Aliice <Name's Companion>.
Sadly, I lost her when I went afk, and then away. When I came back, she'd forgotten all about me.

You can do a few fun things with Mr. P before turning in the quest:

Scare the heck out of Horde players. You can't use the special abilities but you can use melee, it hits for about 75. Mr. P is elite and has over 4k HP so player characters can't do much except run!
Grab a bunch of goblins on your magnetic thing and drive Mr. P to Windshear Hold, then release them. The whole town attacks them before they run away super fast.
Just run amok in any of the Horde bases spaying your fire and ice in circles.

Alice actually stays with you after the quest is completed, better yet.....She doesn't count as a companion! so you can have (for the lvl 80+ doing this) your little squire and her at the same time! Posted a pic of me, her, and my hatchling :D

Think the title of the quest may also be a play on the old arcade game Mr Do's Wild Ride which was the 3rd of the Mr Do games.

Great, wonderful, it's a Bioshock reference. But after you finish the quest, Alice follows you all over the place! ... And doesn't stealth with you. And if you have war mode on, is a big old honking siren blaring red flag for any Horde that comes along looking for someone to gank.

I know this cuz I ganked several and thought it was funny up until I moved my own Alliance through the zone and can't get rid of the little tick. She's there foreeEEEEeeeverrrrrRrrrr
