Exact coords of the entrance are : 82, 51.
For those who dont have coords if u walk out of wintergarde keep and even the part after so u get at the undead village go right immeadiatly after the wall.
He's in the crypt and will give a Quest which summons a dude and u get some talking and then u gotta kill its not hard u can solo there some NPC's helping u so no problem

Walk into The Carrion Fields at 82.1, 50.4,there should be an entrance into a cave. Walk down into it and he should be standing there with 6 soldiers around him.

Translation:

For those of you who don't have coordinates, If you walk out of Wintergarde Keep's east entrance then head further east until you're past the undead village (Carrion Fields), there should be a wall (You may not see it because there's a large house in front of it) directly east of you. Go right immediately and there should be a path that leads down to a ramp heading northeast. Descend the ramp, heading northwest and circling about slightly north until you see what looks like the remains of a building's base called Wintergarde Mausoleum. He's inside and will give a Quest that summons an NPC with which you engage in dialogue before engaging in battle. Not very hard and easily solo able, with the addition of friendly NPCs nearby helping you.

Or at least I assume that's what he said. ;)

On another note, you could also take a different route, one that actually has a path. Instead of going right at the wall, go left. The path should spiral slightly towards the south east and take you straight to the mausoleum.

there are TWO entrances to this so called mausoleum. he is NOT in the one with the damaged structure that is out in the open of the field...he is in the one that looks like a sink hole with a greenish glow near the keep.
