This is really cool. :) I liked the exclusion feature (I don't have any of the TCG cards, so I won't be seeing a cool TCG mount, only to realize it's not accessible) So now, every mount that I do see is possible to get one way or another. Time to get to work collecting!
Uploaded my character. Works and looks great. Awesome job, Wowhead!
This is amazing, thank you!
Wowhead, I love you.
A-W-E-S-O-M-E.That is all.
Everytime I search my toon to make a profile of her it gives me this:Ameonna ‐ Farstriders USA Battle.net resync has been requestedPosition: 1 — Error: Character does not exist #104Deleteand I know my toon exists I am logged onto her right now... is there a way to get her to show up or will I need to just do a Create your own custom list? Because I would rather not have to enter all the information for everything i have
Loving this so far. Just uploaded mine and it's a great idea. Thanks Wowhead!
THIS IS SO FREAKING BRILLIANT.I've found a tool that will let me manage my recipe collections as well.Bliss.
Wow, thank you for making this, sounds amazing! :)
Is there an easy way to exclude the opposite faction's mounts, mounts that don't exist anymore in game, and redeemable mounts in the mount tracker?
great news, I wanna try it.
The #104 error is an issue on Blizzard's end--see here for more details. Wish we could do something about it, but we can't :(
This is a great feature! I've always wanted to have out-of-game alternatives to addons such as ARL and Quest Completist; wonderful to see my favourite WoW Encyclopedia satisfy my need. ^^I do have to say it'd be even more awesome if you could add some more filters - I know it's easier said than done, but please consider it. A few suggestions I'd like to make:- filter by expansion/source/faction, so people can narrow down the list to show what they specifically want to farm (like, which factions do I need to grind to unlock recipes for my profession? Do I still miss any recipes dropping from mobs in Outland? Which titles can I get without doing PvP? Which quests did I overlook that will get me rep with faction x?)- filter quests by zone, so that it shows which quests someone missed out on - especially handy for people going for Loremaster (I remember Outland ones like Nagrand Slam being particularly difficult to nail without the use of an addon like Quest Completist) *)- filter dungeon quests by expansion, so that I can easily see things like which dungeons still hold quests for the alt I'm currently levelling through Northrend (to me, low-level dungeons aren't interesting to run if there's no quests inside anymore)Also, it seems the quest tracking part isn't entirely accurate... I've done the BT attunement and have Blessed Medallion of Karabor still in my bags to show for it, but quests like A Distraction for Akama are marked as incomplete regardless. And maybe an auto-filter to exclude all:- opposite-faction mounts/pets/titles- opposite-gender titles like Crazy Cat Man/Lady- temporary mounts like the Hallow's End brooms and Kafa-Crazed Goat- temporary titles like Gob Squad RecruitSince the above will never be permanently obtainable by the character in question, it might be easier to just exclude them up front rather than having people filter them out by themselves. I tried marking Alliance mounts 'complete' on my Horde toon, but it refuses to register. In which case I'd rather just filter the buggers out.Oh, and PLEASE let me edit the name of my list after creation so that I can name it after my Battle.net synced character... it really itches to keep staring at "new list" on my userlookup's Profiles tab. Either I'm blind&stupid and missed the edit button, or there isn't currently a way to rename an already existing list. In case of the latter, I'd really like one. Really. Please. Don't make me beg.*) I figured out you can sort the category list to do this, but the 'right-click to filter' bit isn't really obvious as you can only see it if you happen to hover over the column head, like I did... maybe a lot of users don't know either, and a filter like this would really help
You should be able to rename the list by clicking in the name area for custom profiles and then typing whatever you want--it should auto-save :)Temporary mounts should be included in the Not available filter, we can try extending this to titles as well. I'm not sure with the way mount data changed in MoP if we can exclude opposite-faction mounts automatically, but I'll look into it too.
Can you send a link to the character you want to rename? Custom ones should be called New List by default, the Battle.net ones should automatically be named after the character. A picture of what you're seeing instead of the 'not available' filter would be useful too--the picture used in the blog post shows everything that should be available for Battle.net profiles, including Not Available. Also can you send over a link to what you're trying to exclude? I've been excluding human mounts over on this profile and they're marked as Not Counted after I hit the button.
It would be nice to have an "add" button on item pages where you can add it to your custom lists, as if you were "shopping" and want to add something to your wishlist. Also, my female Troll profile isn't the right face. Not a big deal, but thought I'd mention it.
We're aware that the faces don't always load correctly--but we encourage people to save general Profiler issues for this feedback thread. This is basically a newspost just introducing a tracking features that requires the Profiler, and one enhancement to the tool.
A really nice future .. but... I cannot exclude the other fraction. Somehow it does not work, even after resync with battle.net. I hope this will be solved soon. In the quest tab I see on the fifth line a alliance quest :-\ In the mounts tab, I cannot obtain the alliance mounts. The exclude button didnot work by me to etc etc. Fix that please.
