Hallow's End, maybe one of these years I will get the mount
Midsummer, because 1. it was my first in-game holiday, 2. it's all about fire, and 3. world pvp on a pve server while putting out enemy flames is a fun (temporary) change of pace.
I would have to say my favorite Holiday in Warcraft is Childrens week. Its a time to remember that in real life that there are children who need people to take them places and do things with them to make them feel loved and that they DO matter. As with the Orphans in the gameThanks TheCharmer
It used to be Brewfest, but now I love Hallows Eve since it does touch on the cultures and pranks of the Forsaken and Gilneans.
Hallows end- I just love halloween :D
Brewfest Hands down. I mean how can you go wrong with drinking beer, hitting people with beer and seeing tiny pink bunny type things while being drunk and hallucinating.

Winter Veil is my favorite. It was the first holiday I experienced in WoW, though I wish the snowballs still stunned people.
