My fondest memory was when I got a flight mount for the first time...After so many time running around on my horse, it was a thrilling experience to take off and feel the freedom. :-)

my first moment certainly has to be my first trip to molten core during early burning crusade, although it was a lvl 60 boss it was still hard to complete and working as a team with friends to bring the fire lord down to see the eye of sulfuros drop for my friend :) it was my first raid where i obtained my first epic quality items
My favorite memory would have to be the pvp in Hillsbrad between Tarren Mill and Southshore. Being one of the major world pvp centers back when world pvp was in its prime you would have major battles between the two quest hubs at almost any hour of the day with the majority of the server taking part in the action. This was also the time were the server community felt the most alive. People knew each other on both sides and made rivalries not just between individuals but between guilds too. Back then it actually felt like World of WARcraft, something Blizzard has failed to recreate in my opinion.
my first wow moment was when kill my first elite :)
When our guild brought Lich King 25man heroic to the ground. After several weeks of wiping, when he finally died, I was in ecstacy. Feels good man.
One of my favorite memories in WoW was when I was on a level 9 priest that I had brought from the belf lands when BC first launched (because I didn't know the beginner zone there, I knew the orc/troll one better so I ran her to familiar territory lol! I was having a hard time killing Harpies in a canyon and I begged my friend to come help me on her level 9 Tauren druid. She told me wait till she hit level 10 and could get bear form and as soon as she did that, she came over to Durotar where I was and helped me kill Harpies. From on out, she was my tank and my friend until level cap and even now on other servers, other factions, other mains, and now through Cataclysm. I have so many precious memories of this game depending on who I was playing with, but this was one of my earliest and one of my fondest.
My favorite memory would be from Blackwing Lair back in the days of Vanilla Wow. We had been working on Nefarian for awhile, and had finally gotten to phase 3 and the resurrected adds killed. All of a sudden, Nefarian turned and started taking out the healers and DPS. Turns out one of our main Paladin healers had DI'd the tank. I really miss the days that was possible.
My favourite memory from WoW was back in TBC when world pvp was alive, oh my, the days of Gurubashi Arena!
My favorite memory would have to be when I contacted a GM about not being able to get a quest back in vanilla wow when I first started playing. It turned out that I wasn't the required level (but it offered it to me because it was apart of a chain I was doing and I accidentally hit escape). The GM warped me about and did everything he could to try and get me the quest until I asked if it had a level requirement. GM checked it and called himself a noob because it did.Screenshot to Prove it: Click Here (direct link to file)Just made me smile to know that even GM's have a sense of humor and are only human =)
My Favorite memory was when we downed Lich King. It was a great feat for the guild and we had been working so hard at it. Of course one memory that will never surpass is the dreadstead mount quest for my warlock. That was the longest quest line for a mount that i had ever done. But when finished well worth the best ground mount I had.
My favourite thing in WoW was finishing the scepter of the sands-questline, after solo-farming reputation, finding the red drone, farming elementium with my friends, doing all the lore, it was amazing. Yeah, I didn't do it in vanilla, but still it was amazing.
My favorite memory is definitely all those times I've been traveling through a zone and just taking in the whole scenery. It is one of the things that are keeping me playing that game. The whole world is so beautiful and varied!
My favorite memory from WoW has to be back in classic when I was the first Horde on my server to obtain the original Quel'Serrar on my warrior. I had to miss my guild's photo-op with the head of Onyxia in Orgrimmar in order for me to beat the timer back to Dire Maul, but it was worth it. :)
Even though I have been playing since Vanilla, I didn't raid much until Wrath. Near the end of Wrath, my guild was finally working on 10-man Lich King. Over a few weeks (maybe a month), we accumulated the most wipes I had ever had on a single boss without downing it.Finally, we seemed to have a tight group together one night and were getting close. We had a last minute sub come in while one guildie become unavailable for a bit. We finally managed to kill him with margin to spare! However, as I soon learned, no guild is immune to guild drama. Our last minute sub swap seemed to be the spark that set off an explosion of pent up guild issues that, ultimately, led to the dissolution of our guild. It still was a nice kill, though. :)
My favorite memory. Hmm. I would have to say my favorite wow memory was when my first guild back on the stormrage server Adversaries of Azeroth first defeated Ragnaros. Was a fun fight all around. Also, Happy Birthday Wowhead.
My favorite memory of WOW is finally completing What a Long Strange Trip. It was a long strange trip form getting drunk and dancing in Dalaran to bringing a orphan to fight a boss, this has all been wonderful and I want it to never end.
