I dont think they are gonna have a WoW lore plot. It's more likely that the plot doesn't have anything to do with WoW lore to make it more mainstream to get a wider audience. You know...to make more money. And i really, really hope im wrong
I expect to either see a group traveling in the movie with a paly and when they get into trouble he bubble/hearths or a mage either 1-shotty everything in sight and/or sheeping everything lol.but really tho, it could be good
I saw this on the actual WoW site and it absolutely made my day =).
I've never heard Saurfang with an actually voice.EDIT: But that's what I'm hoping too.
all I know is it better have Vin Diesel in it somewhere....and it has to have bruce in it he's my favorite actor ^.^
Bruce Campbell as the Lich King..Hail to the king baby!
Will it be fully animated or made as the LotR and Harry Potter movies?
I remember reading somewhere that they aren't going to stick exactly to the game plan so it interests the general public more than the WoW player's themselves. I know, stupid right? But (I can't remember who) said that us gamer's are the "downloading type" and we're subject to downloading it instead of actually paying that ticket fee.Once again, I cannot remember my source... so chances are it's outdated. But I think that statement is fairly BS right there. I think it's best to take this press release with a grain of salt and not get your hopes up to what it should be according to WoW. Instead I think we should think about it as but what it should be according to the media and the general population of white-knuckle-intense-action-sequence so they generate more revenue. On a side not though, I think i'll probably go see this just for fun and not really judge it on lore because it will probably stray away just like most book -> Movie (And Game-to-movie) releases. After all, you can only fit so much into an hour and a half.Personally, I think if they choose the latter they are running a risk of basterdizing the franchise of Warcraft. But that's just my two-cents.
He's done horror movies and Spiderman.AND THAT'S IT.Oi vey...
What do I think? I think it's a tad late for an April Fools joke.
