My first Karazhan run. Even though the guild broke up, then it is still my best run, and I'll remember it forever. They just needed a replacement, and I had just completed the Karazhan attunement. I still remember all of the good moments. I think I replaced around 6-7 pieces of gear that night. Was a wonderful caster run :)Phantom Slayers, I'll miss you.

Orb of Deception, all the way.I love playing with awesome, fun items and back before Burning Crusade, the orb was still fairly rare. When I first got mine (I've gotten quite a few since then), I used it everywhere I went.
Most "epic" drop I've ever gotten was in UBRS. We had done it so many times before (This was in Vanilla WoW), and I was the designated kiter for drakk. I had done it so many times before, never had failed. So, I pull, and everything goes well, the guards die, I feign, he returns. The tank then disconnects. We get drakk down to 1%, and everyone is dead except for me, and I'm out of ammo, and my pet is dead. He rushes to me, and casts conflagration. As that happens, serpent sting ticks and kills him, and about 3 seconds later, conflagration kills me. The group celebrates... until we realize there is no res, no soulstone, nothing. The druid rushes to get back (Dash + Brez), and manages to rez the priest, and they loot him, to prevent the despawn before looting, and it's my final piece of dungeon 1 armor! The other hunter passed on it, as I was the one who actually managed to get him down, while being alone, so he felt I deserved it. I'll never forget it :D
My most epic moment was when i was leveling my first toon, a draenei hunter. I was around level 41 and i was in Swamp of Sarrow's. I was there doing quest not farming or anything just doing quests and i was killing dragonskin near Sunken Temple trying to get through from one area to another and to my OMG! the drops. I wasn't quite sure as first that it just happend. I was like, man im a hunter and i just got a Epic bow, till i realized that it had a requirment level of 37, I was just about to hit the 42 mark, so it wouldn't of done me much good. So, I sold it for 200g,LOL Kind of a twisty story.
I was over at a friend. then at 11 pm. we found a group to kara. we killed all the bosses then at last boss i was sooo tired that i couldnt see what i was doing so i shut down my computer and got in bed. the raid really needed a dps then 10 min. after i was up and in the raid again. We killed him really easy. Then the t4 cloth headpiece dropped. it was me and 2 othe mages. i rolled 67 the othe mages rolled 23 and 49. I was soooo glad and sooo tired i didnt even buy the t4 headpiece becouse i was so tired.
Well, the most "Epic" loot I ever got: almost three years ago, my hunter sees Darkmoon Faire for the first time and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=19451 has been in my bag ever since. Apparently my timing has been off as I've never had a random epic world drop, lol.
My most epic drop? Well, I got a couple Cenarion pieces at 60 back in the day (before I, y'know, left for 3 years...). Those raids were epic, but also pretty annoying. My most RECENT epic, though was epic luck.Let me set the scene. I'd done a few Skettis quests. I'd gotten chopped out of druid bird form by one of those friggin annoying "Monstrous Kaliri." For future reference, you go SIDEWAYS, not straight up. No vertical leash. Ouch.Anyway, I had recently maxed fishing to 375, and I applied an aquadynamic to my rod, and fished at a few mixed pools, fighting for a couple. I wasn't expecting anything, I knew I could get a Mr. Pinchy, but at 1 in 500... wasn't expecting to. There was no good reason to expect to get that 5 pools in.I did.Ok, the BOP for the Mr. Pinchy was unexpected, but I got it without incident. I opened a crate while flying back to the Skyguard base. Then, I crossed my fingers, and... Boom. Fifth pool, Pinchy. First try, box. I got the pet and acco in one trip at level 70. If that is not EPIC luck, what is? :D
What was the most epic loot drop you've ever gotten?” I would have 2 say it was the headless horseman reins ! i had just hit lvl 70 and spent all my money on my flight training and had no money left for flying mount! me and mu guild went for our daily run through SM for headless horseman boss and got my reins on the first try with a 99 roll! it was SWEET!
Easily it'd be Royal Cloak of the Sunstriders which dropped off of Kael the one and only time i got to down him in a 25man. That would be cool enough, and the bad ass stats would be too, but the fact that it is to this day THE most pimp lookin cape in the game is why it's so epic. I'll never get rid of that thing. Try it on! :D
My most epic drop would have to be my Season 3 Bow. I got it during the last months of Season 3 in my 2v2 (lolez). Sure, that's a LONG time to get to 1850, but being a hunter trying to get there is still no easy goal. As an added bonus, I was the only person on Horde to have it. Not to mention my partner was a disc priest, so I wasn't running an easy-as-hell druid/hunter. The most annoying thing about the whole arena season was that we got to 1850 earlier, but our personal ratings were lower than our team rating due to teams that were bought and lost to us, so we were forced to do more games that we lost against full S3 Rogue/druid teams, so then we had to fight our way back up through the 1800s against even more full S3 teams that just rerolled. The moment that we beat that last team (take that you full S3 warrior/shammy bastards) I immediately left the group just to ensure my partner wouldn't queue another game. After that we simply let the arena rating stay and worked on our 3v3. When I got my bow, we went back to 2v2. We got so close to shoulders, too. If we'd only won two more games...
Well, my most epic loot had to be more of a moment. Just happened recently in Scholazar Basin. While flying through it I saw a whole buncha dead animals laying around, as usual, thanks to the kill 60 beasts quests.Being a LW and skinner, I headed down to skin em. after 30 seconds I flew back up with 5 out of the 6 corpses giving me an Arctic Fur........dunno if the rest of you agree, but I stuffed +114 AP on my bracers and headed back to SW and got 500 gold for the other 4. No, I didnt kill anything, no it didnt take anymore than a right click, not sure if that takes it out of the loot table, but it was definatley the best part ;)
The most epic thing to happen to me was when we downed Al'ar for the first time. Al'ar was at 0% on my screen and everyone in the raid was dead but one rogue. I think a 1 combo point eviscerate killed Al'ar. The rogue died from a DOT just a few seconds after Al'ar died.I didn't get any loot, but it was still an epic fight, right down to the last second.
