Looking a little closer, the titles seem to be The Proven Healer, The Proven Defender, and the The Proven Assailant. Better than what's implied by the link titles, maybe, but I still prefer my suggestion. ;)
Very excited about this feature.
Is it possible to start with the highest difficulty or do I have to start with the easiest first?

How about The Preventor, The Regenerator and The Precise Aim for getting all 3 add The Proven
If you are a fresh 90.. then you have had 90 levels to learn to heal. If you are planning to switch as soon as you hit 90 then that is your choice and your problem.
Just tested this on PTR (tank and healer) its fun to try new roles without worrying about what anyone else might think or outpacing yourself.Trials do not appear to be spec specific, no matter which spec you are in you are given the choice of tank, heal or DPS. You have to finish one level before you get the option for the next hardest. (bronze before silver, etc)There is no need to scale gems/enchants, because that gem you are putting in your ilvl 522+ raid set is the exact same one you can use on ilvl 463 dungeon gear. (except for the legendary meta)@kaylord- At least one warlock on the forums tried tank mode, and claims to have beaten silver. I'm almost tempted to try on my hunter, I will probably do better than with my bear druid.
No one said it requires 463. That's just the MAX your gear can be. You should be able to do at least bronze and silver with worse gear.
