You may only have one of these at a time. So much to my lowbie Gnome Rogue's disappointment you can't buy 11 for your inventory and bank. However you can buy one from each faction:Gnomeregan Satchel, Ironforge Satchel,Stormwind Satchel,Darnassian Satchel and lastly Gilnean Satchel

Also, you don't need to be revered with the vendor's respective faction to buy and equip any of these bags. Although they appear red in the vendor's inventory if you're not revered, you can still buy them and they will appear normally in your own inventory. It appears that, through a glitch, the requirement that you be revered with the faction is actually just a quote, which is why it is in quotations and yellow font. I discovered this glitch this morning when I accidentally clicked on it and, to my surprise, it appeared in my backpack.

A nice, cheaper version of the Netherweave Bag, with the same slots but at revered only cost around 1g 60s!

I have always been under the impression that world of warcraft new characters should at the very least start off with 12 slot or 16 slot bags in all slots. It would not remotely hurt the in-game economy because face, most people these days run on dual or more accounts, which make up for the most part, most of the population of realms. Blizzard still count those boxing accounts as seperate regardless they are all in the same name.

These bags while being good and cheap alternatives, could be excellent if they lost the revered tag.
Without heirlooms it will take at least until level 17/18 before reaching revered with a race. Under that assumption, and having professions..it is therefore more than likely you are going to acquire min 16 slot bags from somewhere and it's likely to be from your alt tailor, the auction house or your guild bank, or previously stored bags on another toon. which ever way it is, these bags are a bit pointless. who in their right mind is going to be running around these days with a new toon with 6 slot bags?

I can tell you not many, even new players who start, join a guild and before you know it said guild kits them out with bags one way or another..ergo making these rep bags a bit pointless due to the amount of rep needed.
Making them either friendly or honored would actually make more sense, and also removing the unique tag, would allow you to buy four of these bags.

It eludes me why in the hell in the first place they would expect you to go galavanting off to other races just to work for these bags...to me it's not an alternative, but a pure waste of time..when you consider how much easier it is to obtain 16 slot bags in the first..

You say cheap, sure gold wise..but they are far from cheap..when you consider the rep and the waste of energy they really entail.

those on a starter account will find these bags very helpful.
I agree with you regarding a full account, where your alts can mail your new toon bags.

Side note : going to the Darkmoon Faire via quest will get you a free ticket and a 16 slot Darkmoon Box too!

For those of you who are not aware, the starter account allows a character / toon to gain XP to level 20, gain profession XP, but they can't use mail , auctions , trading or guilds, and can't form groups.

My starter account toons all have a Darkmoon Box. Those who are revered have the relevant sachel, and a mix of 6 , 8 or 10 slot bags, depending on their luck and quests.

I believe this bag along with the rest of the faction "bags" were added mainly for F2P or other starting accounts that do not have that high level character that can send over 20+ slot bags. It is possible for a F2P character to have a complete inventory of 16 slot bags thanks to these bags and that is a huge help when you are just starting your first character.

And now it just takes a slot on my bank account, like Ironforge one and some others, replaced since a long time by bigger crafted ones.
What to do other than deleting them? Ho so sad, after working so hard to acquire them!
Such a pitty we cannot place them in the toy box.
