The only Decent upgrade I see is that it is better than the PvP libram for PvPing, and a 20 str increase after 5 stacks of this are up(compared to the current BiS libram). As I see it, this is only good on fights where you are constanly hitting something or can't use Seal of Corruption/Vengeance.

Edit: In response to the comments beneath, guys, it's just a joke. I was just referring to the people who claim nonstop that Paladins are over-powered 3-button clickers. I am not trying to troll or anything here.

Paladins were not always OP, if you have not played classic or at least early BC - GTFO. Paladins could do almost nothing in PvP in early BC until like 2.3 patch, they could not do anything at all in PvE until Burning Crusade. How do you like this message?

I'm wondering if this will stack with the level 245 badge trinket. If it does that will be a very powerful combo as both of these librams have long duration and high chances of application (100% on this, 70%/tick on 245, and even if it falls off there is no build up time, just a single proc and you're set) so there is very minimal chance of either falling off. In any fight where SoVengeance/Corruption can't be used this will obviously be the better libram.

The only test I could think of (Swapping to my holy libram with the str buff up) leads me to believe they should stack, they will have to make libram buffs drop off when you change librams or make these buffs exclusive of each other to prevent this

The main attraction of this, imo, is its usefulness during situations where seal of corruption isnt opitmal to use and therefore you get no 200 str bonus, as it gets annoying switching out to my libram of discord every time we do trash or i pvp

Um, the 245 Libram gives you 200 str with a 97% uptime, for 194 effective strength. This one gives you 220 strength with 100% uptime, with a 20 second ramp-up time. Provided you can hit something with CS every 15 seconds, this is better.

Edit: Also, yeah, this can be used with any seal, so that's a big plus.

I would like to say that this is the best libram for almost any situation, as it procs on every time you use Crusader Strike

Sure, you need 20 sec to get the full effect of it, but on trash fight its by far the best as you will always have at least 2-3 stacks of its buff up until trash is dead, unlike Libram of Valiance witch is meant mainly for single target and only have a chance to proc of getting its buff.

And having some stacks of the buff is much better then having nothing at all.

Edit: Btw put this near the bottom of your frost emblem priority list, not very worth it if you have the Triumph Emblem libram for raid bosses.

I now have four set bonus of retri tier 10. Gonna save my emblems for this one. Looking forward to it. Now I can do even more DPS when using seal of command on trash, and Seal of Rightoeusness on bosses where its better (such as Putricide until phase 3).

this might be the best retry pvp libram, assuming that with 3 procs it overcomes every pvp libram buff (most of them only with 2 procs tho), imagine when u get at 5 stacks, maybe not so good as "burst" libram but definetly the one against healers or heavy melee.

If you're a PvE Retadin gearing up and spending your Frost Emblems, this might at first seem like a very attractive choice, but I would recommend going for your Tier 10 first and foremost (the benefits of the set bonuses DO outweigh buying offset pieces), and always going for this thing afterwards. Why? Because for the Frost Emblems it costs, it isn't a significant enough upgrade over the Libram of Valiance for fights where you'll be using Seal of Corruption/Vengeance (in other words, most boss fights).

True, this thing does give you a net gain of strength... after the ramp up time. Valiance gives less strength but will proc to full effect within seconds and remain active more or less as long as you're hitting something at all. Compare this to Three Truths, where it requires a specific attack to ramp it up over time, and you lose the full effect if you become unable to use Crusader Strike on the boss for 15 seconds. In an Icecrown setting, this is far from a rare thing. On Deathwhisper you may get Mind Controlled for long enough for it to fall off, it simply isn't worth it in the Gunship battle if you're part of the boarding party, it'll likely screw you over on Festergut and Rotface when you inevitably have to run away from the boss due to spores/oozes... the list goes on. Furthermore, if you have the Tier 10 2-piece set bonus and get a string of procs from it, you may well end up having to ignore some of the procs to keep the buff rolling/stacking.

I in no way mean to imply that this is a useless libram; far from it, it's a delicious piece of kit for the situations where it is good. This thing is well worth the praises sung about it for any fight involving Seal of Command (ie trash fights and notably the Dreamwalker fight), and any fight where you know you'll never be leaving the boss for long enough to lose the buff.

But in the grand scheme of things, it's best to go for this after you have your Tier 10 and maybe some of the off-set pieces as well. If/when you get it, then make use of it and enjoy it, but don't throw away your old Valiance libram as you WILL still need it if you aim to maximise your damage.

The Libram of Three Truths. In Lore, this is synonymous with the Three Tenets of the Paladin faith (at least human and dwarf), Respect, Tenacity, and Compassion.

I am anxiously awaiting the move of CS to a base Paladin ability for this libram.

When pvp'ing (which is admittedly pretty rare for me), I go protribution, and there are no dps-increasing librams for what is a polyglot pvp spec such as mine.

Protribution = Protection spec, Retribution gear, gemmed/enchanted for dps/resilience.

Since the bulk of ret librams proc off of ret abilities, and all the protection libram abilities are defensive primarily, Cataclysm should provide a protribution his/her first core dps libram.

Since frosties have been around for six months and i am using mine for gems and saronite, experimenting with this will not prove too costly.

/assuming that Protribution is feasable in the world of 4.0.

Going to swap my Libram of Valiance for this puppy. Looks like it is more effective in the long run. Quite cheap tho i think in Frost terms for what is one of the top Librams

Don't know if it's worth mentioning but when you search for librams and get the whole list and Libram of Three Truths shows up and you mouse-over it, Then it still shows the old effect while the others show the new stats and all :)

No if you are on the Cata site it shows the same item with different stats and it will soon be lol when 4.0 comes out, the proc on the current libram of three truths equals out to 220 strength at 5 stats, at most we will get 71 strength with the red gem and .75% crit rating and roughly 1% haste as it currently stands now.
