Either go for this (If alliance) or the Libram of Avengement if you're horde. (Or want to pvp and prefer lots of crit)

Currently this libram is "bugged". It's buff is considered a 128 level buff. This means with Sanctified Seals talent and Stoicism it becomes very annoying to dispel a Ret Paladin.

Create the Macros:

/cast Judgement
/cast Seal of Blood
/equip Libram of Divine Judgement

and

/cast Judgement
/cast Seal of Blood
/equip Libram of Avengement

Now, when you judge Command, you instantly switch to SoB and gain the +200 AP for roughly 2 weapon swings and a Crusader strike.
When you judge SoB, you gain the crit proc and are ready to Judge Command again for the +200 AP.

Have anyone done any deep theory crafting regarding this libram and Libram of Righteous Power?
Since you will do 2 x Crusader Strikes more than Judgements during 60 seconds.
And the bonus from Libram of Rigtheous Power is static compared to this one.

I know the Attack Power will also add up to white hits/crits, but still?

One thing to note, since this entire board seems to favor this libram over the 54 crit Avenegement libram....

Avenegement not only procs off judging the seal like this one does, it also procs simply from resfrshing any seal that sticks to the enemy. Whenever I judge crusader or light or wisdom or justice onto the enemy, from then on whenever i refresh the jugement by hitting the enemy, I get 54 crit for 5 seconds. This makes the 54 crit almost constant, whereas im guessing there are bigger gaps with the 200ap buff, even though it does last twice as long.

Has anyone done any damage calculator testing? Has anyone used both and can confirm im not crazy, that avengement is going off like... All The Time!

Not really heavy into theroycraft here, so please bare with me. Most of the info here on Libram of Divine Judgment vs Libram of Avengement are Pre patch 2.4, so I wish to throw some other angles into the mix so to speak. From what I have gather the best combination for these Librams are as follow:

Armor Piercing + Libram of Avengement (PvP)
Obviously the goal here is to do Quick Burst damage to your enemy, the higher Critical chance the higher the burst damage, along with armor piercing to ignore a certain percent of armor of your opponent you can quickly dispose of your enemies.

Haste + Libram of Divine Judgment (PvE)
As it stands the average epic weapon I seen weapon speed stands at 3.5, which means while LoDJ is active within the 10s buff duration you will only be able gain the bonus for 2 auto attacks. Now if you add a certain percent of haste into the mix, and for argument sake lets say you get get your weapon speed down to 3.33, now you will gain one extra swing within the buff duration, which with in long boss fights, you wish to hit as much as possible.

I don't wish to get all into number formulas, and scenarios, I just wish to point out that there are new features to take into account now that theres more gear leaning to either or for armor piercing and haste, which would have a big effect on our librams.

there is still a JoC but now you have 3 choices for what secondary effect you want(Judgement of light, wisdom or justice)

As far as I'm concerned, this is still the best Retribution libram in the game. The 15-emblem WOTLK libram increases Crit by 170-ish for 10 seconds, which is roughly 3%. Given how many times you can actually attack in 10 seconds, this is a very insignificant increase in crit, especially since it procs so rarely (about 25%)

From what I can tell, Libram of Divine Judgement maintains roughly a 50% procrate even at level 80. 200 Attack Power is a pretty significant increase in power, especially since the proc stays active roughly 75% of the time you're DPSing assuming you have (and you should) the faster-casting judgements.

Well a chance to grant, is a kind of Chance on hit, isnt it? and as far as i know it wont proc unless you crit or get the chance on hit thingie, anyway so you can't really tell that by it proccing 47 out of 100 its a 50%procrate.. its stupid :P

Not sure what your exactly trying to say or ask but you can tell if its a 47 out of 100 is about a 50% proc rate, no one has said it was a 50% proc just that it was around that average percentage. Also even if it was a chance on crit you can still get an average proc rate on an item, the only thing that really changes if it was chance on crit is the overall uptime on the buff which may or may not be effected by your own crit rate though it will average out in the end regardless of your personal crit.

the way i use it, it has a 100% proc(patch 3.2.2). and you always
get that constant 200 ap bonus.

let me explain
-------------------
i cast Seal of Command
then i cast judgement of wisdom
then i cast judgement of light

pretty much alternating between two different judgements.
therefore, the porc percentage on this libram very incorrect.

I am still using this libram. I have a macro set up to equip it whenever I am using SoC for trash in heroics, and another to put my Libram of Valiance back on when I activate it for bosses. It does make a pretty big difference in my wow-heroes score, so make sure you don't leave it on if you are trying to get into a pug with a GS scrutinizer.

Libram of Divine Judgement has a 40% proc rate for 200 Attack Power = 0.4*200 ~ 88 Attack Power
Furious Gladiator's Libram of Fortitude has a 100% uptime for 144 Attack Power =1*144 ~ 144 Attack Power

Crusader Strike having a 50% lower CD in comparison Judgements, while taking into consideration the PROC percentage of the two librams, it can be concluded that the purchasable with honor, requiring no arena rating pvp libram would provide a higher uptime, and thus a higher sustained Attack Power.

But of course, there are better librams out there for min/max dps'ing Retribution Paladins. I thought I would simply provide the maths for those who thought of farming BC Heroics in order to obtain this libram - which, in this case there is a better libram if you're up to facerolling in Battlegrounds.

If you hit 70, just take some lvl 80 toons for 1 or 2 Karazhan trips, then get the best libram until lvl 80, as long as SoC is used for levelling.

Worth noting for Wrath Classic:

Per AzureShadow42's comment here the libram was nerfed in WotLK Classic for level 80+ mobs.

"For wotlk classic players, Blizzard just stealth nerfed this to no longer proc off of level 80+ enemies."
