depends it you're looking for anything in particular. I use a handful of mods, but TotemTimers is the only Shaman-only one I use, covers all the bases I need. For a shaman mostly you want to keep track of yer totems, shields, and yer wep buffs, anything else isn't as class specific.

I quite like CooldownWatch (not sure if its two words or one). Does what you'd think, tracks and displays spell cooldowns on screen.
Not shaman-specific, but has been a godsend for my spell rotations.

Shockandawe is a must for those just starting to raid
or those who keep forgetting their cycle.
It keeps tabs on MS, your ele shield, and cooldowns on all your major attacks
(SS, wolves, LL, ES)

I'd recommend DoTimers and OPie. Both on WoWI. First is a general timer addon (You'll want to kill yourself in the config), the second is a radial keybound action menu. GREAT for totems/other skills.
EDIT: Jaspah below reminded me about Power Auras (Again, WoWI), which I use to indicate missing buffs/available procs/short buffs/ready abilities.

I use Shaman Friend and YATA. I personally recommend Shaman Friend, as it has uses for all specs and reminds you to apply your elemental shields, weapon buffs, etc.

I use TotemCaddy and it does the job. It has a button for each totem (fire, earth, air, water) that you can scroll through the totems, or you can click a drop-down menu that has a row of buttons for each totem. The buttons display how much time your totem has left, or if it got destroyed. It also has buttons which can cycle through weapon enhancements (even works real well with DW), and another for shields - also pops up messages in chat when your shield/enhancement fades and when you enter combat without one active. You can also do buttons for several other abilities (such as ghost wolf, water walk, ancestral spirit, etc.).
