Running Black Morass for the Hourglass would be a good start if you haven't got it (Normal & Heroic).
If you have badges you can buy Bloodlust Brooch or go MgT Heroic for Shard of Contempt.

These suggestions are really good, I would only add the
Skyguard Silver Cross
Costs about 4 g and need to be exalted with Skyguard.
Procs along with the Hourglass make really nice for soloing and some raiding situations.
Editted to add cost and rep requirements.

I would disagree. There are a couple of trinkets out there like that but they fail because to get teh bonus you have to kill a baddie which yeilds honor where as using other things give it during the fight.

As you're talking honor you mean this for pvp thus you can't pvp without your medallion, and the trinket and totem listed there for enhancement is OP. The only thing I'd swap out in pve is the medallion for
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31856
which is AWESOME.
I'm not sure what you are actually disagreeing with, unless as you said you are talking about pvp and honor, which wasn't even brought up.
First off, Skyguard and trinkets like it are procced off of any mob that gives honor or
experience
, so depending on the fight, I would agree they would be situational at best. For farming, it's one of the best trinkets out there since it can almost be constantly up. There are some fights, like Moroes for example, that this would be quite advantageous to use since you could get the proc off of killing one of his adds before going to Moroes himself. Granted you'd have to get the killing blow, but chances are you may depending on your playstyle or others in the group with you.
Also to the OP, keep in mind that your trinket selection should depend on what stat you are missing. I.E. attack power, crit rating, and lastly hit rating.

I do understand what you are saying Ariiez, the main point I was trying to make that your choice in trinkets should be situational and still be viable. I checked my second post and saw that I hadn't said that. So here we go...
Questions about trinkets should really come down to what does your character need or lack. I tend to look at my stats and see if I need something that adds more attack power, Crit, or hit rating. Since I tend to stack more attack power over crit, I use crit trinkets to boost up my crit chance. If I feel like I'm missing more or too much, I'll swap in Romulo's Poison Vial which GoGo mentioned in his post.
On Draevilen, my enh shaman, I carry several trinkets at all times; the Skyguard, the Hourglass, and the Poison Vial. I use Trinket Menu and Itemrack to switch out different sets depending on what I am doing. Raiding wise I tend to use either the Hourglass and Poison Vial or the Hourglass and the Skyguard depending on the type of fight. Sometimes I switch out during between fights if we wipe or for some other reason. I normally keep the Vial on longer because (for me) I find that I can get mana back easier and not miss as much since the change to SR. With his build and gear, the Vial gives me 170 hit rating, without it I have 135. I still try to figure out what trinkets are the best for the fighting that I am doing.
With the Skyguard trinket, I notice that it does proc very often when I am farming, also i like using it with the Hourglass during long boss fights with adds, I go kill adds trying to get the proc and run back to the boss before it wears off, which most of the time for me works out. ( I do love doing it on Curator. :D ) Some people don't like to wait or have a different way of playing, so take my advice as far as it will work for you and see how well you do with what trinkets you can get.

Well right now the DST from Gruul and the Shard from H-MGT is infact the best trinkets out there for an enh shaman. If you see ANY enh shaman with T6 and don't have those trinkets then there shaman is an alt and they don't know anything about them.
Either that or their guild only got one DST ever and they don't farm Gruul anymore.
Shard of Contempt is one of the best in game and worth the effort to get, especially since it is from a 5 man.
