I can't log in to WoW.
I can get up to the servers list in the login screen... when I click on a server, it says "Success!" but then immediately logs me out, with "Disconnected from server"... this has persisted for the past couple of hours.
I ran a traceroute, and this is what I got:
Traceroute has started…

I'm sorry, I wish I could help but I am not well-versed in this kind of thing.
From my
own experience
, this has happened to me when trying to load in extremely crowded areas or if my computer is working too hard (i.e. have multiple programs running). In those cases I do the following, respectively:
Wait it out - play on a different character/realm while still checking from time to time.
Close all programs aside from WoW (I wouldn't close Antivirus Software though) - seeing if that helps with the Issue any.
I would also suggest looking at the following
Blizzard Forums
to gain any insight:
Service Status
- will notify you of maintenance or if your specific Realm is down for any reason.
Technical Support
- pretty self-explanatory, players often post about their
specific
connection issues here. There's also Topics for tips on making your connection better! :)
Again, I'm sorry I am not of much help here, I hope this bit of information is useful at least. Good luck!
