It seems that you are not the only person that is having issues with the folks who make the Figure Prints. As indicated in a Blue Post from
this forum topic
unfortunately there is no one at Blizzard who can assist with additional information about the company that provides the prints. :(
Vrakthris states:
...you'll need to contact PrintWarcraft directly. Our Support staff has no involvement with them or can help with their merchandise. I imagine they should be able to check on your order though. Good luck!
So unless someone here has some additional information, you are out of luck :(

Damn. I just learned about this company a few hours ago and immediately thought "as soon as I get $130 that I don't need for food or transportation, I'm buying one of THOSE".

If the company is having financial troubles, Bliz could buy them out...

It appears that the company may be out of business, as that website states "Copyright © 2007-2012 FigurePrints® LLC " and both their Twitter Page and FaceBook page have not been updated in quite some time.

My BFF in WoW got me a Figureprint of my toon for my birthday a couple years ago. Literally took 3-4 months to get to me though :(

And when it arrived, did the BFF say "now you're too old for this stuff" and didn't give it to you? :P
However, good to know. Shipping to mainland Europe will probably be worse. Would be a while until I could afford such a luxury product anyway :P

Could just be that their website is ill-maintained. I can preview my level 100 main without problems, no issues with Transmog, even the
MoP-era 3D belt
displayed. Statue version took a few tries to load, though.
They updated their
title image in June '14
, so they're still active.
I guess after the first wave, interest in these rather expensive toys waned, so they're putting in less effort for stuff like the website and FB profile.
