Any Way To Rejoin Azeroth For A Few Days?

I want to get back into the game, after having spent a while away due to playing GW2. I'm pretty much done with that game now, and would like to continue progressing my character(s) on WoW as I'm several months behind right now.
I was just wondering if there was any way to come back for 7 days or so? I heard there are several promotions/offers out there which grant this, although I can't seem to find any. Also, I'm not sure if I meet the requirements (if there are any).
Thanks.

The only promotions I'm aware of are the free trials for Cataclysm and Mists. If you already own them, I think you're out of luck. I'd say jump back in for a month, since it's only 15 bucks. You can always quit again if you don't like it.

you can only get one scroll of resurrection per account and you have to be inactive for a certain period of time (a quick google states needs to have been inactive since March 3rd, 2012)

I've often pondered the viability of a "weekend pass" or something similar that lets you come back to the game for 2-7 days for a price between $2.50 and $5.
Blizzard has probably already considered and dismissed the idea, but they really should do it. It only takes the smallest dose to reignite the addiction.

I'm sure they have considered it at some point, and it would severely dent their profits.
I pay $15 a month because I have no option, despite the fact that I may not be able to get to my computer some weeks/weekends.
If they introduced this payment scheme then they would lose probably in the region of $5 to $10 dollars a month from me alone, I have no idea how it scales up with everyone else but I bet the financial picture for Blizz ain't pretty.

If you do the math, the month to month subscription costs you just a hair over $.49 a day (its actually $.4931506849315068) for a full year. For Blizzard to do something on this line to make it more tempting for players to maintain the full month subscription I can see them using a method that charges more for short passes. Something along the lines of below:
1 Day Pass = $2.00
3 Day Pass = $5.00
5 Day Pass = $7.50
7 Day Pass = $10.00
This would show more value for the $15.00 a month full pass for people who play 7+ days a month while not breaking the bank for those who play less than 6 days.

There are thousands of vendors all over the world, many of which will ship the game time card to you, for any region.
Or if you have a major credit card you can use that too, regardless of where you are.

Have you tried setting up to bill through Paypal?
I'm not 100% sure because I have not used my Paypal account for a long time, but I don't think you need a credit card to use it as you can link it directly to a bank account.
