Well, I play a
MM
hunter, and I focus on
PVP
.
Since 5.0, I'm been using Blink Strike. But now, with 5.3, they've changed the spell.
At the moment, I don't have access to my account (Yeah, I need to pay it again, LOL), so, I can't test it on my own.
Is Blink Strike the best Talent for PVP now? You guys think I should change it? What's the good and bad points of the new BS?
Tkx for the help, and sorry if I mispelled somethink, english isn't my mother-language (I would be grateful if you guys correct me ^^)

First off, your english is better than most people on the internet who speak it as their first language :)
Anyway, I too am curious about this. I just came back from a year and a half long break so I am still getting back into the swing of things. With a three day weekend coming up, I am planning to get some practice in and test out myself if I want to stick with blink strikes.

Do be aware of the interaction between
and
Beast Cleave
- for now at least BC hits all targets within 30 yards for 112.5% of basic attack damage (the 50% increase from BS and the 25% reduction from BC)

Well, since I play was a MM hunter, the Intimidation think doesn't affect me. But yeah, thanks for the info.
I guess I'll keep Blink Strike. I mean... It's a global CD I can Arcane Shot all the dawgs, right? xD
Also, now I have the Binding Shot think. I never tried it before. How it works? It's a competitive skill for Arenas? I use the Explosion Trap glyph. Can I use the Binding shot + Trap, for a "Stun Combo"? Idk

So you want a stun on an always on ability, or rather, a stun that triggers anytime your target moves out of melee range of your pet?
Can you say overpowered much?

Yes, its possible to use knockback+stun combo although it requires a lot of premeditation.
Well, that's what I wanted to read.
I'll try it today. This combo and the New Blink Strike.
Thanks for the help, guys ^^

i want it for when the pet has to blink strike......as inwhen they get that distance.....overpower much have ya seen warriors?
Apparently you jhave no idea what you are asking for.
Warriors do NOT have an automatic stun anytime you move out of melee range.
Moreover, warrios do NOT have an automatic AoE stun (just target 2 enemies outside of melee range from eachother with multishot and the pet will keep them stunned as it will keep blinking back and forth)
You got a QoL improvement on BS, you gain more than you lose, the pet automatically blinks, the 1x 600% attack every 30 seconds is replaced by +50% on all basic attacks - thats 10 basic attacks per 30 seconds (11 for either the first or last period) - so thats 500% damage - thats the bonus damage of the old BS, except now its always on, and the pet has a 30 yard melee range in effect.

Well...
I tried the New Blink Strike and... I like it. Yeah. I'll keep it on my build.
To be honest, I prefer the 5.0 version of it, but... Still better than the others IMO.
And the Binding Shot + Trap combo is... MARVELOUS! Really, you guys should try it.
Yesterday, I was fighting agains a Feral Druid:
Scare Beast
+
+
+
Binding Shot
+
Explosive Trap
8s + 4s + 8s + 3s = 23s
Yeah.

Sounds like something in style with 1300 mmr, because no feral should simply let you hardcast Scare beasts into him. Besides, running a crane you can get an even higher CC chain while simply using a pet CC such as Lullaby...
Well, yeah. I was playing at 1200 mmr lol
Just getting the Arena cap.
And about the pet CC, I use a Monkey with
to help the CC chain, but... I don't needed it in that situation, because the other player died.
And now that you mentioned, a Crane is a better pet than the monkey?
