How many are there, what are they, and how do you get each one?
So far I know of Mini Diablo, Mini Tyrael, Mini Thor, Zergling, Baneling, and Grunty.

All of the ones you listed were rewards for buying the collector's editions of various non-wow games, or attending (or at least streaming) Blizzcons. At the time they were released, most of these would have cost like $39 for the stream, $90 for the collector's edition, or however many hundreds of dollars it took to get to Blizzcon for you. Now, there may still be some up for sale on Ebay and Amazon.com, but prices will be more than they originally were. I'd check pricing on Amazon.
Edit: To give you an idea, I just looked and Tyrael's loot code is about $1000.00 right now. The Collector's edition which comes with the baneling, however, which is much newer, is less than $80.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##ElhonnaDS##DELIM##

Mini Diablo
comes from the Collector's Edition of the original World of Warcraft release. Since the Collector's Edition was a limited release, it's very difficult to find an unused game key.
Fetish Shaman
comes from the Collector's Edition of Diablo 3. Copies of this game are easier to find, but they're significantly more expensive than when the game was first launched. If you signed up for the Annual Pass promotion and got Diablo 3 with that, adding the Collector's Edition of Diablo 3 to your Battle.net account will cause your account to be credited with WoW game time.

Mini Diablo, Zergling and Panda Cub are from the WoW Collector's Edition (each character can choose one of the three pets).
Mini Tyrael was from the World Wide Invitational 2008.
Grunty was the BlizzCon 2009 reward. Each BlizzCon has a different pet reward.
Mini Thor is from the Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty Collector's Edition.
Baneling is from the Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm Collector's Edition.
Fetish Shaman is from the Diablo 3 Collector's Edition.
You could also try searching either Wowhead or
Warcraftpets.com
to get more information about the various promotional pets.

So are those the only Diablo/Starcraft-related pets in the game?

I don't know. I completely forgot how to use the Database to search for things or how to navigate to Warcraftpets.com.

Very funny. I'm not going to comb through all 600 kinds of pets just for one or two more Diablo/Starcraft-themed ones.

Neither am I.
