What is the bar for raid dps?

I am currently 500 ilvl with a haste/crit build. I am currently hit and exp capped and running about 6200 haste, the rest I reforge to crit (about 30% unbuffed).
Depending on the fight I run between 65k and 80k dps. But I think I should be doing more, mainly because I see other individuals going 80-100k+ dps. I am always in the top 10 but I will not be satisfied until I get in the top 5.
I make sure to keep tiger palm buff up and use RSK on cd and I manage my energey to never starve myself but never let it fill completely as to lose any. I try to time my brew with trinket/dancing steel buffs.
So in short, What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

What weapon are you using , if its lower Ilvl than most of your gear that may be why your dps is lower than others by so much.

It's difficult to say what you should be doing without more information from your armory.

Here's the link to my armory, hopefully it will show my main spec and not my MW offspec.

All I can really think of is that your haste and especially your mastery look a little low. There are no real magic numbers to shoot for; there are going to be a wide variety of WW builds that are perfectly viable and you should go with what values you're most comfortable with (and keep in mind that the suggested priority on most guides assumes you're in full BiS gear). However, the main difference that I can see between you, myself, and most other 100k+ monks is your amount of mastery. Whenever I see another monk parsing high in a fight and I bother enough to armory them the main thing they all have in common is mastery values over 6k. I personally have my mastery and haste just over 7k (with mastery being slightly higher), but I'm always trying to tweak my numbers until I can hit a sweet spot. I'm happy with what I do now, but I feel like I can improve it.
If anything, try adjusting your haste and mastery a bit and see what happens. As long as you dont idle your TEB for too long it should make a worthwhile improvement.

O.k. guess I will try the mastery route. I went that route right after 5.2 hit, but felt that I was lacking when I wasn't popping TEB, so moved towards a crit build. I was going to wait 'till I got the
Rune of Re-Origination
to switch back to mastery.
But anyway thanks for the feedback.
