2 seated Engineering mount on isle of thunder?

I have heard rumors of a recipie for a rare, 2 seated mount that can be made by engineers. I do not know anything about it so far, all i know is i have an engineer. It drops on isle of thunder. Does anyone know anything about this mysery item? If so, please fill me in.

. Was in the notes prior to 5.1 but never made it to live. In fact, they never said anything about it not making it which was the worst part especially after the hype. But looking at 5.3 notes so far, 1 of the mats required to make it is coming in so fingers crossed the mount will be mentioned too.
