Hello fellow homosapians! I am Kalastrear. My first 85 was a shaman and i got boa and leveled two other people, i have come back to shaman and he is 87 right now. but should i level my hunter or my mage first? both are 25 and both are super fun. Which one can get me more gold at 90? (i am super poor so this is important to me) I love both but i dont like it when people say i am a huntard. My shaman is fun but he keeps getting ganked in Karasang wilds so imma wait to level him. Mage or hunter? my hunter is orc and my mage is pandaren.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##ElhonnaDS##DELIM##Those parentheses were not necessary, and could take a regular request for help and make it into a violation of the .

Well, I find that a hunter is extremely easy to solo old content and farm rares with, which is a nice source of gold. Pets avoidance ability make them excellent tanks for bosses that do a lot of AOE damage, and stampede is nice to pop right before mind control effects because it takes the focus off of you and keeps the mobs/boss busy. Being able to shoot while moving is also very convenient when farming large numbers of low level mobs, and being able to AOE on the move is even better. And I find camouflage to be much easier to use to get past pointless trash than invis is when farming. Also specific classes don't really have any benefit for specific professions, except for druids being able to pick herbs in bird form and fly away.
In terms of being called a "huntard," I have had a hunter main for years, and have leveled hunter alts on other servers form 30-50, and I can't remember being called a huntard. I have seen it used in the general forums sometimes, but people don't run around just calling hunters that in game- lol

I'd agree. Hunter is very easy for soloing content. It might be my warlockian bias against mages talking, though. ;)
I only remember one person in randoms call my hunter a huntard. It wasn't maliciously, though. So I didn't mind it. I've probably done much more stupid stuff on my warlock. But if you do mess up, just own it and apologize and I don't think you'll have much of a "huntard" problem.

My answer hasn't changed from the last time (6 days ago) that you couldn't decide between Shaman, Druid or Hunter. Assign a number to each, roll a die.

Hunters and huntards are not synonymous.
All huntards are hunters, not all hunters are huntards.
There are definitely those in game. When a hunter gets impatient and MDs the next LFR boss onto the main tank when the heals are out of the room, then he/she becomes a huntard. And will likely be called such.
If you don't like being called a huntard, then don't be one! Not saying you are, but I rarely see the term thrown around without reason.
It's kinda like a Paladerp.

They were before MoP... But they broke something since then, maybe the removal of talent trees did it, but my tank pet use to have at least 75K more health than my hunter, now they're equal, also he gets hit with crits quite often (use to be a talent to remove that, like tanks had)
I soloed things like Ulduar, part of ICC, VoA (the 3 boss achieve) but since then...they're much harder hitting on my pet, I get hit quite often now since he dies :(
