Don't. The community is utterly toxic, the endgame is babbified and the pvp is completely broken.

Go for it. You will love it this expansion is awesome. But this is an MMO, and this is WoW... You know exaclty what you are getting yourself into when you play.

If you're level 85, come on back. Pandaria is excellent. The game has also had tons of improvements (except CRZ). Once you're 90 there are tons of dailies you can do, and you can run Heriocs also. Get Valor, get Rep with factions, get great gear. No need to Raid at all. They're also adding some great Rep improvements in 5.2.
Cheers.

I like raiding and stuff i was a MT in lok and i loved it what is crz

CRZ is Cross Realm Zones. Basically, when you are in a zone that doesn't have many players in it, you'll get others phased in from other Realms.
I hate it because it makes questing and gathering more time consuming. Others don't mind it or actually like it, because there are more players around to interact with, especially on PvP servers.
I don't know much about Raids, and will leave that to others. One thing to be aware of is that there is a new LFR (Looking For Raid) feature. This groups you with 24 others and ports you directly to the Raid. You need to have iLvL 460 for LFR in MoP.
Cheers.

The <13 year old population has increased - at least in my experience of the maturity levels of the people i got grouped up with for PvP and dungeons. The levels are just the same as they ever were in this game.

If you enjoy the actual game and not simply parking in a capital city waiting for a queue to pop or a raid to form, then resub.
If you're one of those who rabbit through to end game fast as can be and then moan then don't.
There are more things to do in Pandaria than you can shake a stick at. It's only a chore if you choose to make it so.

Well, I came out of about a 4 month retirement to buy MoP and then did a 6 month sub which will end in about a month and I don't plan on resubbing after that. I mostly came back to make a Pandaren and see what the new continent was like and it met my expectations for the most part. I just can't bring myself to do dungeon grinds anymore and find the lfr tool to just be a giant headache. I would only say to come back if you really want to make a Panda or have a ton of time on your hands that you want to fill with more endless dungeon/daily grinds or really have an itch to be a hardcore raider. If none of those apply I wouldn't bother.

The game is fine, people constantly like to moan that the game "isn't what it used to be" - but these people don't realise that in TBC and Vanilla, people also complained about the game constantly, particularly PVP imbalance.
I personally love the new expac, it's like sitting in a brand new car - everything is new, everything feels new and I really like Pandaria.
