I have a few chars up at 90 and i wish to know the best specs for PVP for all classes. Would this be possible or is it just a, "Whatever you feel like playing" type thing? Classes i want to know are mainly DK and shaman (Preferably dps)

well your best bet is to just go over to a site like arenajunkies and check the rankings by spec and then ctrl+f the spec to find the number of times that spec is represented in the top 100. Some classes will have dominant specs and others will have several viable ones. But for what you are asking, resto is the dominant spec for shamns followed by enhance and then elemental. there is no arguement there.
while on the other hand dk's frost and unholy are very viable.
frost strengths are its high burst damage and offensive cooldowns to compliment them. while its downfalls are that they are glass cannons and do not do well in long fights or against efficient kiters.
unholy dk's are the most represented(by a small margin) due to their high sustained damage(in diseases and pet damage), the ability to pressure multiple targets makes unholy the strongest and most versatile(in my opinion). yet, the greatest downfall of the unholy dk is the ramp up time for one.(building frenzy stacks, dot damage). So against high burst comps unholy is at a disadvantage..
all in all both are very viable specs but unholy imo takes alot more time to master.
good luck in your decision.
