Level 20 is hardly scratching the surface of this game :) Do your best and get the full game!

Once you can level past the starter account limitations, gear is not much of an issue until Max Level.
Aside from the obvious stats specific to your Class/Specialisation, in your case Int/Spirit/Crit/Haste/Hit.

As you level you will keep getting better gear from Quest rewards and Dungeons.

If you plan on staying at level 20 though and want the best gear you can get, wowhead has a nice item search feature with a lot of filter options.

Armour - lvl 19-20, usable by druids, any gear with int on it
