On a related issue, why can't we roll brown-skinned orcs? The Mag'har have acess to portals from Shattrath to Orgrimmar, is it so implausible that they would want to dedicate their lives to being heroes of the horde?
I don't think so. They are lower on numbers anymore and most lead a simple yet tribal life in Nagrand and have to face their own battles in the Outlands. I think that any number of Mag'har orcs that went to join with the Horde is so minimal that it wouldn't make much sense to have many players play as one.

Considering all of the Mag'har that joined up after Garrosh did, it would make a lot more sense to have the brown skinned option for the orcs.

Heck, I'd make a brown skinned orc. I think it'd be cool.
where would be their geographical background? Or do we not care much about that because it's just a gameplay thing?
Stranglethorn, perhaps the Swamp or the Blasted Lands.

Hell, we got Dragonmaw skin colors (washed gray-green) and they joined up recently.
False.
The color we can be in-game is lighter than the Dragonmaw, and has been around since Vanilla.
(I only know because that's the one Dag'rema is :P).

But still...
This
,
this
, and
this
would seem to indicate that a decent number of them went back with Thrall.

Yes like Skree said, you see Mag'hari in the Horde so they should be a skin option at this point.

And why there is so few black colored humans? Is Blizz racist? Could anyone tell me why its like this?Because it's Fantasy Fiction, which was based on Medieval Europe?

Which kingdom would that be, more specifically? I thought Stormwind was the southernmost but apparently that's not the case.I don't think those are in a kingdom. Stormwind Kingdom extends from Elwynn to Westfall, to Duskwood, and to Redridge. Swamp of Sorrows and Stranglethorn are kind of a no man's land, as far as I know. The Alliance and Horde both have outposts there, but it's not really a kingdom.

Stranglethorn was always Troll lands; Last Guardian talks about that during Medivh, Lothar and Llane little camp out. The Swamp and what used to be the Blasted Lands both were just more of the wilds.
As for where the dark skinned humans would come from; probably Kul Tiras, as that is the Island nation that changes exactly where it is every couple of years but most of the descriptions paint it as more of a southern landscape, where dark skin pigmentation is a good idea.

Jaina's pretty white.

I know she is; merely a possible suggestion for where they could come from. =P
