Check your reforges. It looks like you just do single reforges instead of a total reforge when you have gotten gear.
1. Hit and expertise are both at 7.5%ish. Better to be a little above than a little below.
2. Your secondary stat priority is Mastery > Haste > Crit. Anything that has crit, reforge to one of the
others if possible.
3. Make sure all your gear is enchanted and gemmed. This doesn't seem like a lot for 1 or 2 slots, but they add up.
4. Check your glyphs...noxxic has a better list of what each offers in each situation.
5. Make sure you have the priority for enh down. If you have the priority wrong, it will severely hamper your dps. Check noxxic.com for that priority.

He's got it down better than you, in a raiding situation. So practice more :)

There were places you had things reforged from hit and other places you reforged into hit. You also had places where the piece had crit/mastery=haste and you reforged from mastery=haste instead of crit.

Mr Robot is nice for an idea, but it tells you to reforge in bizare ways. I looked at it once and it just made me facepalm.
The big thing to keep in mind is that if you mess up your priority even 1 or 2 times in a boss fight, it will lower your dps significantly.
IE:
You flame shock and then use unleashed elements, or you start to hardcast a lightning bolt and have to move to interrupt it. I have seen so many little things like this add up before that it isnt even funny.

as i seen you are doing one big mistake that you shouldnt even be thinking of doing which Takin Crit over haste this is the worst mistake that can happen which is probbly the reason you are doing lower dps than you should go reforge that crit into mastery and what u cant turn into mastery turn it into haste both ways better than crit
your burst should be 110k+ you stable should be 80k This is for someone who has 1 blue item and 3-5 LFR
if you cant meet those req you should check your rotation
(i hope you accept my opnion and best of luck)

Saying mastery > haste or haste > mastery is just wrong. They change depending on the amount you have. At certain levels haste sims out to be superior to mastery. The only way to know is to sim out your character.
If you arent simming, you should be. When i sim your current armory profile i get weights of:
mastery - 1.68
haste - 1.75
As far as reforging out of hit on one piece and into hit on another this is perfectly fine, if it gets you closer to your cap (whether above or below doesnt matter).
http://www.simulationcraft.org/
the best way to do it is to strip off all of your reforges and gems and sim yourself to get correct weights, reforge 1 item, resim, change weights, reforge another item, repeat. Thats pretty redundant. Id suggest stripping gems and reforges, simming yourelf to get weights, plug those weights into mr robot and run it that way.
