#show will only work if you have the question mark icon selected for your macro. In this case, if you have spec 1 active, it will show the Battle Stance icon and the Defensive Stance icon if you are in spec 2. This line can be remove if you want to choose a specific icon for your macro.
As for the other issue with your macro, that are better suited people here to explain and give a work-around to solve it. With what you gave here, I don't really know why it's not working. Maybe a priority problem over some other slash commands. Should it be purely sequential? I know switching stance triggers the GCD. That could be the issue here.

/cast Righteous Fury;
/cancelaura Righteous Fury;
You could also just cast Righteous Fury without any mod and add
condition to the
cancelaura command.
