Is this issue still happening? This sounds like something personal on your end and not widespread, but we'd like to help troubleshoot it if you are still having issues.

Having the same issue of nearly-constant loading with Firefox too. It will stop loading for a second or two, then start all over again. I'm assuming it's ad-related.

It's ads constantly loading. Forced me to get adblock for chrome since I often have dozen's of wowhead tabs open. One time 1 of them suddenly started playing sound and it was impossible to tell which.

I'm also having this issue.... and unfortunately, my internet connection now is somewhat unstable, and I can't really afford to have websites constantly reloading ads. As such, and with my apologies, I've had to re-enable ad-block to stop the ads from forcing constant reloads.

Definitely is a problem with your ad-service. Ironically, i came to this forum to post about this, found this thread, but could not load this page because the ads hung.
it is definitely a problem with your ad service, it says so on the bottom left of chrome.
I hate using adblockers because I know we have to support sites.. but it is getting very problematic here the last week or so.

Bump
I don't mind that you bumped this (and even reported it) if it's still an issue you're experiencing... however, keep in mind there is a difference between mods and administration and mods haven't responded to this because it's outside our privy.
I can't speak to the reasons an administrator hasn't provided further details. Just understand, I (as well as other moderators) read almost every Feedback post but that doesn't mean we always have anything to contribute, our access to things like this are limited.

I feel that a lack of response equals a lack of care. I personally hate regular statements like "we're still working on it, but no update on this issue" and from a business POV, it's better to say nothing than remind even those that don't have this issue that there is a problem.
As the issue only happens under certain circumstances which are situated somewhere on the long way between server and user, it is difficult to debug. It may even be outside of Wowhead's/ZAM's "jurisdiction" altogether.
