You shouldn't be going OOM on that fight. If you are, people are failing at the mechanics.

Get more spirit is priority one. Make sure you have double regen trinkets (Empty Fruit Barrel and Price of Progress are good starts until you can get DMC: Crane Deck). Reforge any non-spirit gear to spirit. Use spirit flask and gem for spirit. This will solve a lot of your mana issues.
As Capn also said...it almost sounds like your guild is simply doing it wrong. Are you have explosions of the other Stone Guards causing massive AoE damage to your raid? Depending on what Stone Guards you have, make sure you're doing the mechanics right (on chains/puddles/etc).

I found out that spirit is rather vital and if you dont have a rather good amount of it, you are pretty screwed from the start.
Items that have spirit on them are better than when you have to reforge it (just stating that). At the moment I don't go for crit at all. So I reforge it into Mastery or Haste instead. I rarely use Healing Touch, because of its very long cast time and cost of mana.
In my spec I have Cenarion Ward and the 3 healing sticks (trees). Further more I use Wild Growth and Wild Mushrooms almost constantly. Wild Mushrooms triggers Harmony and can also be used with Wild Charge when in caster form. You will then fly to the Wild Mushroom(I works, I have tried). Wild Mushrooms can be put down prior to a fight. Then used to trigger Harmony with that instantly. Ofcourse I have Lifebloom up, but also Rejuvenation on 2-3 targets atleast.
what direct healing spell I use depends on time, mana and amount of healing needed.
I have the Regrowth Glyph, so every Regrowth is critting. The reason for this is, that it's quick to cast and can therefore be used when OoC procs.
A thing to look out for is your trinkets. Don't use 2 trinkets that both procs spirit or similar. Having 2 trinkets that procs are usually not the best in my oppinion. Having one with a "use" effect and one that procs is usually best.
As resto druid you have to be good at predicting the incoming damage and not to panic spam with expensive spells because half the raid is at 40-50% HP(there are usually time to get the raid up before taking such amount of damage again).
Use Innervate early in a Fight, so its up when again in the end. Same goes for Tranquility and the new Absorbing spell. Forgot the name of it, but it has 2 mins. CD and reduce dmg taken by 20%.
One last thing. Druids aren't Tank healers(in general). They can heal tanks ofcourse, but there are way better classes for that purpose.

If you're doing 55K for the first two minutes then more spirit probably isn't going to help. People need to take less damage or the other healers need to stop slacking.
What is your overhealing like right now? If it's pretty high then you need to figure out a way to bring it lower. Also, as someone else mentioned, glyph into regrowth. Regrowth costs about the same as healing touch, heals a ton faster, and heals for the same amount on average as healing touch (don't believe me? Glyph it, and then test it out). Healing touch is complete garbage right now, don't bother using it much if at all. When it crits it just causes over heals for the most part, and it's non crits hit for lower than regrowth. With regrowth you know exactly how hard it will hit everytime (100% crit chance with glyph).
My final suggestion is to remember that you have 3 major mana efficient spells (not counting nourish, which currently sucks because it hits for almost nothing): Swiftmend, wild growth, and lifebloom. You need to be using those as much as possible. If you find yourself spamming regrowth then there's problems either A) With tank/dps taking too much damage or B) Other healers not doing enough themselves. Finally, do not under any circumstances go rejuv crazy. It's expensive, and while it's still a really good spell when used correctly, should be used a bit more sparingly then druids have been used to using it in the past.

On that fight, specifically, I can echo what the Cap'n said. Before your DPS and tanks learn how to choreograph that fight, the damage will seem over the top. For both of my guild's kills of those, we were also using 3 healers.

I tried my first LFR 2 days ago. Mushrooms.... DAMN! They are way more powerfull than I thought they would be. I usually placed the mushrooms in large grps of ppl. So they would reach most ppl. Another very cool thing is that the Wild Mushrooms: Blooming spell is considered a direct healing spell, so it triggers Harmony(mine was at about 16-17%) wich just makes them heal even more:D. One thing is certain, make sure you have 3 WMs placed when raid is about to take dmg.
As I have already mentioned, I have the Regrowth glyph, which I pretty much only used when I had OoC proccing. Further more the Wild Growth Glyph is a good choice. Not only because it heals one more, but in most cases I was so busy putting WMs down, spreading Rejuve or switching Lifebloom to someone with low health, which brings me to the Lifebloom Glyph. Because Lifebloom lasts 15 seconds it gives you much more time to do other stuff before it has to be renewed. Further more I also used it for healing ppl. with low health, which usually had them a good deal up if I used a Nourish on them too, then switching the LB back to tank.
The first couple of fights my mana was depleted halfway through the fight. But I slowly got things coordinated better which had a great effect on my mana usage. Think I ended third fight with about 15-20% mana left. Being third on healing.
Have any of you noticed how many spells that doesn't cost any mana?

Wild Mushrooms for the win. I just have to say that there is no better way to learn to manage your mana than to try to heal half a boss fight without any. It makes you more efficient and will show you your low mana heals first. I don't have much more to add different from previous posts but I wonder if anyone else sees dps running away from the mushrooms when you pop one near them?
