I have recently came back to WoW on a scroll of resurrection. I was wondering what would be the best new class to create to boost to level 80.
I was basically wondering which class is the hardest to train and the most useful so i dont have to go through levelling from 1-80. This would mean i make the most of this opportunity.
Thanks

To the above poster...what you said makes no sense and hardly answers his question. DPS Q's are much longer than Tank/Healer, that would waste time not save it.
That being said, to answer your first question, whichever excites you the most at endgame.
To your second, support roles are a little more challenging than dps because you are responsible for more, to include the whole party. Tanking is a bit more challenging than healing because so much more relies on good tanking/threat/positioning/dps than healing. I personally have a Bear drood, and a prot pally, and I have raid healed on my shaman and paladin and hand over fist I would say Tanking is far more challenging, and there are(IMO) less quality tanks out there than healers.
I'm impatient, I don't like taking poopy from people esp in dungeon finder/pugs, so I find tanking enjoyable because of instant Q, and I can set the pace for the group.
Pick what sounds fun! If it ain't fun, why play?

To the above poster...what you said makes no sense and hardly answers his question. DPS Q's are much longer than Tank/Healer, that would waste time not save it. He meant that by boosting a DPS class/spec, you would not have to wait for dungeons while levelling - the levelling process is
actually
a moot point, you can quest or run BGs instead, too, but the OP specifically asked for this.
In general, all classes are "easy" to level no, (in their respective DPS, but also in Tank specs. Levelling in a Healer spec relies on dungeons, but you should have instant queues anyway - when there are enough people around at all, I have seen queues with a Tank, Healer and 2 DPS waiting for a 3rd DPS. Though this should only happen during the off-hours.
So, there is technically not a definite answer as to what is the "most difficult" class to level, barring your personal opinion.
However, skipping the levelling process
will
have a negative impact on your experience with the class and most importantly spec, so I'd rather advise
against
boosting a Tank or Healer. Though you can ignore this if you plan to read up on those specs and/or use the remaining 5 levels to learn the spec extensively.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about going for a DPS class. I already have a blood elf paladin. What other DPS are enjoyable to play. I havnt played WoW in quite some time. I've always liked the look of playing a Mage or maybe a rogue but are others better/more useful in dungeons and if not which of the two would be a better choice
