In PvP, your shots are situational, so there's really no rotation. Silencing shot on casters, keep Aimed Shot up if you can, Serpent Sting + Chimera for damage, etc.
I use bird of prey, but only because I'm scared of spiders. Personally I think the web is a lot more effective, especially for getting away from melee. Whereas with snatch, players can still attack, just with less power.

Not really a set rotation for PvP. However, there are definately priorities. For one you should Mark your target. The talent Marked for Death is nuff said. Then you need to put up your MS ASAP on that target (Aimed Shot). Ppl will tell you to sting then Chimera Shot first but honestly what's the point in Chimera Shotting when you dont have an MS up? It's just gonna get healed to full afterward, so why not make that healer work harder to heal after a nice chimera crit? You could even Mark, Sting (pretty much serpent every time especially in bg's, Aimed, Chimera, Arcane.
Another thing to note when your fighting lets say a Priest or Mage *ALWAYS* Start with a tranq shot to remove Ice Barrier or PW: S. Really it's not a bad idea to use this ability on CD when thier are buffs that are masking abilities such as Hand of Freedom on pallies or pretty much anything that needs to be dispelled. If you do 2's w/ a disc priest or shaman or anything that can purge, you wont be required to do this as much, but you def should try to dispell whenever it needs to be done.
On the pet. I prefer the spider by far over any of the other pets. The web is awesome and the 100% uptime on dash is great for keeping healers in combat so they can't get off drinks. Also great for keeping yourself in combat against rogues so they can't get saps off on you. Send your pet in get it in combat and mend it and your healer can also heal it to get themselves in combat. The disarm on the birds are really nice yes, but if you have a rogue on you and you need to kite, that web is VERY handy but note the web is magic so it can be cloaked or dispelled.
