Wouldn't it be better now to enchant vellum and sell it? Just a suggestion before you go (maybe) wasting mats.

well it shouldn't move around unless you train some new skills...and you can always rework the macro when you do so. Too bad you can't do /cast for a crafting skill other than prospecting/disenchanting, or you could do
/cast <what enchant>
/use <weapon/armor/whatever vellum>
Vellums are fairly cheap, and since you were just gonna toss the mats for the enchant down the tube anyway, why NOT put em on a scroll and just give em out like party favors to lowbies? Sell em on the AH for the cost of the vellum mats and just do a
/2 Hey, any lowbies! <enchant name> scrolls on AH for the cost of the scroll! boost those lowbie items a bit, practically for free!

well it shouldn't move around unless you train some new skills...Ah, but they occasionally do, as they are sorted in groups of difficulty level (orange, yellow, green, gray) and by something else (likely table index from the game data) inside the groups. So it's quite possible for a change its index when its difficulty level changes.
