High-end BC chants sell nicely. Not as often as LK chants, but I routinely make 200g+ on each scroll, as there are very few chanters competing for that space. Stats to chest, agil to 2H, defense to bracers, surefooted, etc...I'll sell several of each per week. Mats for these chants are in the 10g-150g range (mostly around 50g), with sell prices from 150g-450g (mostly around 300g). I avoid the mongoose market, which is more crowded, but certainly profitable.
Personally I'd rather sell fewer items at a higher profit margin than bulk-sell cheap scrolls at smaller margins, but that's my style. YMMV, of course.
This mirrors my experience in BC, where I made a killing selling high-end vanilla mats & enchants. Illusion dust would sometimes sell for upwards of 8g per, and greater eternal essences up to 30g per. Those were the days!

Enchanting scrolls will cost you money on my server because they sell for less than the mats.

Try advertising once in a while in trade chat, just to get the info out there about what scrolls you are posting on the AH. A lot of times you don't sell scrolls simply because people don't think to search for them.
I completly agree with this, I had a purple once I got out of an instance at 40, posted it 3 times it never sold. I advertised on trade chat once and BAM 150g in my pocket =D

It is very server dependent:
For example, on my server I had mongoose posted consistently for over a month and it never sold. Ended up foisting it onto an alt.
